There's no easier way to add the convenience of a trolling motor to your kayak! These unique mounts from Island Hopper make use of your kayak's existing rod holder holes for an incredibly easy and secure installation. Simply slide the two securing rods into the rod holes and you've installed the mount. Removal is just as easy, and can be done in seconds.

The mount is available both with and without a ballast weight. The metal ballest weight, installed on the end opposite the motor, offsets the motor's weight and stabilizes the kayak. This prevents awkward and tiring leaning, as well as making kayak entry and exit much more stable.
