PowerDrive Deploy-Assist Lever
This unique features allows for motor deployment by depressing a single lever, enabling one-handed operation. Motor easily stows up and out of the water when needed.
Universal Sonar 2
Integrated, accurate and convenient. Universal Sonar 2 (US2) is a must-have feature for anyone serious about seeing what's going on below. Compatible with all major fishfinder brands, US2 features a transducer built in to the underside of the motor, eliminating unsightly and troublesome wires. Additionally, US2 uses dual beam sonar technology to provide an accurate view of activity beneath the surface.
Compatible with CoPilot and i-Pilot
This PowerDrive V2 motor is compatible with CoPilot and i-Pilot technologies from Minn Kota. The CoPilot accessory allows you to control all major functions of your PowerDrive V2 motor wirelessly using a small, waterproof remote control. For more information, please refer to CoPilot for PowerDrive V2.
The i-Pilot accessory combines wireless boat control, traditional AutoPilot and GPS technology. Using the built-in GPS, i-Pilot allows you to record and re-trace fishing routes automatically, maintain boat position despite changing wind and currents and maintain a straight course over open water. For more information, please refer to i-Pilot for PowerDrive V2.
Note: While Minn Kota AutoPilot is available pre-installed on select PowerDrive V2 models, it is not available as an aftermarket upgradable accessory. As such, if you want basic Minn Kota AutoPilot with your PowerDrive V2 motor, you must purchase a model with it pre-installed. I-Pilot, which includes basic AutoPilot functionality, is available as an upgradable accessory for all PowerDrive V2 models. Electric Foot Pedal
PowerDrive V2 utilizes an electric foot pedal (vs. traditional cable control) for incredible steering accuracy and ease of operation. The pedal includes an 18' cable and a IP68 rated waterproof plug. Most aspects on the motor can be controlled hands-free, as the pedal includes side-to-side steering control, a momentary/constant switch and a speed control knob.
Digital Maximizer
Minn Kota's Digital Maximizer technology gives the most run time possible, keeping you on the water longer. By optimizing power draw and reducing damaging heat, Digital Maximizer provides up to 5x the run time of standard motor operations.
