One-Hand Stow
Stowing your motor has never been faster. With a single hand, you can remove your motor from the water without needing to fuss with buttons, levers or locks. Pull the motor slightly up to disengage, then rotate back for convenient stowing.
Steering Tension Control
Riptide Transom's steering control lets you fine-tune the amount of play in the steering column. Want smooth steering for precise maneuvering? It's easy to dial the tension back using the tension collar. Need a more rigid steering column to maintain a course? Tighten down the collar to eliminate steering play and keep the motor in place. Riptide Transom's collar lets you customize tension for any situation, making motor operation more convenient.
Cam Depth Adjuster
Adjusting motor depth is fast and easy with the built-in Cam Depth Adjuster. Simply loosen the quick lock, adjust the motor shaft length, and re-tighten. The Depth Adjuster makes it possible to quickly change motor depth for varying water conditions.
Tilt / Extended Tiller
The extendable tiller makes hand control convenient by adding an additional 6” of reach. Additionally, the handle can tilt up 45 degrees to make operation while standing much easier and more comfortable.

All electronic control boards are encapsulated with marine-grade urethane for protection. Additionally, all electrical connections are specially sealed with liquid-resistant, heat-shrink tubing for further protection against saltwater and damage.

Every motor undergoes a thorough initial cleaning process, is then coated with special zinc armored plating, and is finally finished with a durable polyester paint.
