How It's Unique:
The Riptide Terrova is a step up from the Riptide PowerDrive, offering a convenient one-hand stow/deploy system and a broader range of thrust and shaft-length options across the Terrova family.
The 2027 model introduces enhanced Spot-Lock accuracy, Drift Mode, Follow Mode, Draw and Navigate, and Intelligent Depth Control as part of the updated Advanced GPS system. Compatible Minn Kota fish finders can communicate wirelessly with the motor, eliminating the need for a separate networking cable for that connection.
Unlike the brushless Riptide Terrova QUEST, this Riptide Terrova 80 uses a conventional brushed motor and operates on a 24V system.

Mounting Details:
The Riptide Terrova mounts to the bow using appropriate mounting hardware. Access to the underside of the deck is helpful for securing the installation. If deck access is limited, consult a qualified installer.
Minn Kota's 2027 sell sheet lists the RTA-42 and RTA-89 composite quick-release brackets as compatible with the Riptide Terrova 80. It also lists the MKA-59 reinforcement kit. Confirm the correct installation components for your boat and selected shaft length.
